這是老番式宮保豆腐,係用橙汁做架,好吃 arm呀公公口味.

recipe is from starting from scratch

Glazed Tofu
2T agave nectar (or maple syrup)
3 T orange juice
1 T Tamari (or other low sodium soy sauce)
1 T toasted sesame oil
1 pkg extra firm tofu, drained and cubed

Stir-Fry
3/4 cup cashews (我用pine nut)
1T plus 1tsp sesame oil
2 red bell peppers, cup into 1/4 inch strips
1 cup frozen shelled edamame
1 T minced fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 T)
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
6 T orange juice
1 T arrowroot powder

**this will be much easier if you have all your ingredients chopped and ready. Also, you don't really have to use all this oil. I think at one point I just sprayed the wok instead of adding more sesame oil.

To make the glazed tofu, mix agave, juice, and Tamari in a small bowl. set aside. Heat oil in a wok (or nonstick skillet) over medium-high heat. Add tofu and stir fry 4 minutes, or until golden. Add agave mixture and simmer 3 minutes, or until tofu is covered with glaze. Transfer to bowl and wipe out wok or skillet.
To make the stir-fry..toast cashews in a dry skillet over med-high heat 3 minutes or until fragrant. Transfer to a bowl. Heat 1 T sesame oil in wok over med-high heat. Add bell pepper and edamame, and stir-fry 2 minutes.
Move veggies to side of wok and pour remaining 1 tsp oil in center. add ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes and stir-fry one minute. Stir in 2 T water, glazed tofu and cashews. Cover, and cook 2 minutes, or until pepper is tender.
Combine orange juice and arrowroot powder. Stir into vegetable mixture. Bring to a simmer, then remoe from heat, and serve.
