有blog友叫我做草莓或芒果慕斯,好,就做草梅慕斯先,這是我自創的,慕斯太軟,下次改善一下.

用3-4安士Honey Maid Grahams餅.

打碎.

一湯匙牛油放入微波爐煮溶.Picture

 把餅碎放入牛油拌均.

把6吋沒底的圓圈模子放在碟裡,.把拌好的餅碎放入模子內.

壓實備用.

鮮草梅用攪拌機打溶大約2杯半,試味,如果不够甜,加糖再打一下,(我加了3茶匙白糖). 1茶匙Knox Unflavored Gelatine, (我用了半茶匙,所以有點太軟).

用一杯半草莓漿.有剩的用來做topping. 用兩湯匙水開gelatine.等5分鐘,放入微波爐中火烤10秒,放入草莓漿裡攪均備用.

16安士奶油.

把cream打好.

放入草莓漿順著攪.

攪好之後放入模子裡,抹平,放入雪柜一小時定形, 最後用3湯匙水開二茶匙gelatine,等五分鐘,放入微波爐中火烤10-20秒,放入一杯草莓漿裡做topping.

再放回雪柜幾小時就可以食.

好好食,就是軟了點.

Dai Ma,

thank you so much for posting the step by step instructions and pictures,this is exactly what I was looking for. I will follow your recipe and make one this weekend!

About the softness of the cream, if I follow 1 tsp gelatine, it should be firmer? How about the lining inside the mold? I think this step is the most difficult part for me.

if you like it more firm, you can put 1 1/4 teaspoon, after I ground the strewberries, it looks thick, that's why I only use 1/2 teaspoon. but one teaspoon should be good enough. It depends how watery your strewberries .
